We offer small group athletic training focused on strength, power, mobility, coordination, technique, and overall athletic capacity. Sessions are part of one progressive program, combining Strength + Mobility and Power + Kettlebell Skills.
In addition, we offer personal training in more individualized formats, including 1:1 coaching and 1:2 coaching, for those who want a more tailored and focused approach.
