Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and raised in Portugal, Teresa developed a lifelong connection to sport from an early age. With over 20 years of experience in combat sports—including Taekwondo, Boxing, and Muay Thai—and a 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, her background is rooted in discipline, athletic development and performance. She also brings more than 15 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, giving her a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics.
Today, Teresa is a strength and athletic development coach specializing in hardstyle kettlebell training. In her sessions, she combines technical precision with intensity and purpose, helping clients build real strength, resilience, and confidence that extends far beyond the training floor.
Born and raised in Lisbon, Raul developed a lifelong connection to sport from an early age. Over the years he practiced a wide range of sports including gymnastics, track and field, rock climbing, bodyboarding, handball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer, competing as an athlete in many of them. For the past decade, his training has focused primarily on CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
Today, Raul is a strength coach focused on movement quality and progressive strength development. In his sessions, he combines technical precision with structured progression, helping clients build strength, athleticism, and resilience that support long-term performance and health.
Originally from Brazil, Lucas is a strength coach with a degree in Physical Training from the Federal University of São Paulo and nearly eight years of coaching experience. His primary area of specialization is hardstyle kettlebell training, supported by a strong foundation in biomechanics and functional anatomy.
Today, Lucas combines technical expertise with a thoughtful and attentive coaching style. With extensive experience working with clients managing chronic joint and metabolic conditions, he focuses on helping individuals develop strength safely and sustainably while creating a supportive, human-centered training environment.
